I'm Dr Mayank Verma. Most people call me Rocky. I'm Chief Engineering Officer at Kaipability Ltd, a Manufacturing Engineer turning Modern Industrialist.

I've taken deep-tech, disruptive technologies from concept to production at Rolls-Royce. I've driven the acquisition of paradigm-changing capabilities across three continents at Atlas Copco Group. Set up and sustained innovation centres, supply chains, and factories across all sorts of industries. Twenty years of working it all out: what to build, how to make it work, and what it takes to make money, on the shop floor and in the boardroom.

Complexity to capability. Cost centres to profit centres.

I work with everyone from government institutes and major investors to the firm down the road, and now I'm starting that here in the United Kingdom: an honest read before you commit to the wrong technology or the latest hype, the wrong vendor, or the wrong plan. No product to push.
